Today I read an article about 2 police officers that were affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan in Florida. The FBI told Cheif Terry Issacs, of Fruitland Park, of Deputy Chief David Borst and Officer George Hunwell involvement with the group. Borst denied any accusation of being part of the Klan, even though an informant told the FBI otherwise, and resigned Thursday. Hunwell was fired on Friday after 3 informants told the FBI. The two were active members of the KKK during 2005-2009. All arrests made by the officers are being reviewed by the State Attorney Office.
Since the involvement of the two officers, this means that all arrests made on all ethnic groups are being reviewed. The criminals, guilty or not guilty, can say that the arrests were made by racial profiling and can be released from prison. It's disappointing that some officers that protect us are indeed racists. In my opinion, there will never be a fix to racism which is saddening.
So anyone that these officer arrested have a chance to get that erased. This doesn't make since too me. I doubt all of the arrest these officers made were due to racism.

I doubt it too but because of their rascism, anyone of any other ethnicity can be set free just by claiming that the police officers were profiling. It's stupid because they probably made just arrests but criminals can be let go based on their ethnic background.
